James and Mary are dedicated to bringing you the best quality ingredients from an area rich in agriculture. We specialize in custom menus reflecting your personal taste.
Six years ago James and Mary met, in a restaurant kitchen, and fell in love. Eleven months later, on Thanksgiving Sunday, they were married in the smallest chapel in North America, set among an orchard of cherry trees in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
James brings tremendous talent to the kitchen of Catering by James Meadows. Having received his culinary education at George Brown, and gaining experience in restaurants such as Senses Toronto and Fairmont Royal York Hotel, James also owned a busy restaurant in North Toronto prior to settling in Elgin County.
