James is wonderful at his job, he went above and beyond his duty to make sure our wedding was exceptional, the food was everything and more.
He listen to our likes and dislikes and offered us many selections to chose from before we made the final decision. He was in continued contact with us all the way even to rehearsal to make sure where he was to setup and to come with the flow of our wedding without interrupting our day.
The food wow, not sure what more I can say, everyone enjoyed so much and there was more than enough, much more, he went above, even from the setup of the food. When he arrived very professional and came in and setup and even made sure we were happy with all the way it was setup. He even brought extra condiments in case we forgot. We were very happy and are already to plan something else with him and many more event. He is in our book for any event coming.

The food was delicious. Everyone who attended our wedding commented on how wonderful everything was and they also liked that the chef was right there to make sure it was perfect. The presentation was beautiful. My mother-in-law (who is critical at the best of times) said the food was ‘outstanding’.
I would not hesitate in hiring him for every function I plan. I have already recommended him to everyone I know.

I just want to thank you for the wonderful dinner you brought over for my sister & I last Tuesday. It was delicious & we thoroughly enjoyed everything. We both absolutely loved the Gazpacho & the chocolate mousse was to die for. We ate the mousse while watching a movie & we were both scrapping the bowls to get every last bite!

Just a quick note to say thank you for hosting the zone meeting. As usual, your club put on a delicious dinner and decorated the tables beautifully with the valentine theme. My club commented on the excellent meal service and I am sure others did as well.

James and Mary catered my wedding reception, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! There was always plenty of (delicious) food out, and the guests were raving about every dish! We were extremely impressed, and satisfied, and would definitely recommand Catering By James Meadows to anyone! We still have some of the leftovers in the freezer, and are waiting for another special occasion to bring them out.
